Exchange & Return Policy

You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of delivery.

  2. All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

    4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll dispatch your exchange within 3–5 business days.

    • Final Sale: Sale, limited-edition, and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Defects: If your item is defective or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately for a full refund or replacement.

    • Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is defective or a shipping error occurred.
